"We had an enjoyable one night stay in the ground floor twin at Bryn Noddfa. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. From the moment we checked in, we felt both welcome and well-looked after by the owners and staff of this family-run hotel. We opted for the evening meal which was delicious as was the breakfast. "Very, very unimpressed with the heating situation. Only on our way to our property were we informed, by text, that the main form of heating is a log burner - and it was our responsibility to buy logs! The central heating was controlled only by the owner, remotely via an app, so we had no way of turning on, off or up the radiators. The temperature on these was set so low they only came on for a bit in the mornings. So essentially, the owner is making guests pay for their own heating. The whole...
