I reached out several times before the arrival date to no response. No replies on day of arrival until 30 after check in when I finally got a reply and instructions. "Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."

"The hotel is very central and walkable. I appreciated their focus on conservation, including a water refill station by the elevator, which was convenient and helped cut down on plastic water bottles. The hotel restaurant is quite good as well, with a nice selection of traditional Ecuadorian dishes. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant place to stay."
