"Stains everywhere on the floor. Did not even stay the night - left. Requested a refund and they refused on the basis that the paid for an expensive carpet cleaner - how is that my problem if the stains are still there. Really disappointed, would not stay here again, no support no advice. "

"I stay here for 5 days with my family and we loved everything about the hotel from the security to workers, the hotel is always clean and there is plenty of things to do with the kids, every thing around the hotel is walkable.
