"The unique furniture and interior design were lovely, and breakfast in the courtyard was great. Since they don't use key cards, you have to leave your key at the front desk every time you go out, but the staff had a casual, friendly manner that was pleasant enough. I deducted one star because I could clearly hear the sounds of chairs being dragged and heavy footsteps from the floor above—even past 1:00 AM—and because the bathroom had a slightly unpleasant, musty smell."

"Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Only issues were the pool areas are way over crowded so unless you are there at opening time you won’t get a space and if you do your packed in like sardines. The check in and check out process took way too long and felt complicated. The gym was great but had no AC which made it uncomfortable to train."

The view of the bay is stunning as all of the rooms overlook the beach and indeed the hotel’s beautiful gardens. If you are looking for a full-on, adrenaline pumped, pool- gamed hotel … this is not the hotel for you. "3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself"

"Der Garten ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Zimmer sind individuell gestaltet, die Betten sehr komfortabel. Man hat viel Ruhe und Platz im Pool. Es war sensationell dort! Absolut empfehlenswert für ruhe- und erholungssuchende. Das Frühstück war extrem lecker und abwechslungsreich...mit Chiasamen, frischem Müsli. Sehr gut alles!"

"Good beach front location which has everything you need. Staff are helpful. Beach is stoney, not sandy, but excellent sandy beaches are a 20 min drive. Breakfast has good choice, but standard. The rooms and decor is dated. Swimming pool is Interesting but more like a paddling pool. After meal entertainment that has a Butlins feel, Spanish sryle! Think this hotel has real potential (eg rooftop bar) but needs investment."

De ansatte er alltid blide og hjelpsomme, og de fleste har jobbet der i alle årene vi har vært der, som tyder på at de også trives. Hotellet virker godt drevet, og det er nok av aktiviteter både på hotellet og i umiddelbar nærhet. Maten er svært god - enkel, men av god kvalitet og gode råvarer. Og nok variasjon. Renholdet er bra, og lokasjonen er god for logistikk med tanke på å reise rundt i...
