"I will never go back to ANY Iberostar property because we took the Half-board( German- halb Pension) food variant and in this version we got breakfast and dinner. This sounds good till you learn that no drinks ( NOT even water) are allowed at dinner service.
Iberostar needs to learn how to upsell an "All inclusive" to guests who have chosen the "Half-board" option."

"Accueil très bien, personnel très serviable, seul bémol à notre arrivée, la piscine ne fonctionnait pas. Notre avion partant très tôt le matin nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier du petit déjeuner inclus, et après avoir demandé à la réception il n'était pas possible d'avoir un petit lunch à emporter. C'est bien dommage..."

"It was our second visit to this Hotel, and we loved almost everything about it - especially the breakfast, and the Bar - both excellent.
The only 'fly in the ointment' was the UK TV reception. We had exactly the same issue this time as we did on our previous visit two years ago - and we are most disappointed that they had not addressed the problem in the interim! There are basically three English TV programs available (BBC1, BBC2 and Sky News) - all three of these stations were horribly...
