"We were very happy with this stay at Loa. The room was very spacious, a/c worked well and the overall building was quiet and spacious as well. Large common area including a very large common use kitchen and eating area. This is located right on main street of a quiet, small community with a grocery store literally right across the street."

"The room is quite large and spacious. Fairly new carpet. Everything was clean and set up well. The hot tub is a soaking tub - no jets. The pool is nice to swim a few laps in. Plenty of deck chairs around the pool. Pool and hot soaking club are clean and neat. Covered which is great because the evening winds can pick up. The wifi was poor. My computer would not connect to it. I was able to connect my phone, but then it would drop. Wifi was useless (yes, I reported it to the...

"Great location and we had beautiful views.we would stay there again. The only thing was we arrived about 45 minutes early and they would not allow checking early. Strange."

"I loved this hotel! It was so clean. The view from my room was spectacular. There were so many nice amenities like cookies, caramels, coffee, etc. The check-in attendant was so welcoming. They had a very cute gift shop in the lobby. The artsy vibe of the hotel was so cool. The rooftop deck was great for relaxing after a long hike at Capital Reef. I will definitely be back to stay again."

"This property has recently been remodeled. The rooms are welcoming and comfortable. Personal touches, like small plants and pleasing wall hangings, set just the right tone. The staff is not on site, but the ease of contacting them and the speed of their response is great. The location not in, but close to town is a plus. "
