Lovely lake-facing room with a wonderful view. Comfortable bed. Spacious shower with lots of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the convent and funicular. The walk back up from town could be a bit challenging for older or unfit people, but we enjoyed it.

Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen. Guter Service, kleines Grotto beim Pool, gutes Club-Sandwich…und genügend P aussen und in Garage. Ideal gelegen, in 10 Minuten auf der Piazza. Bei Konzerten läuft die Zahnradbahn bis 24.30 Uhr. Erste Station Hotel! Reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Gesamtkonzept für Erholung

Bei der Ankunft wurde uns ein Upgrade angeboten, welches wir dankend annahmen. Unser Zimmer war daher im Bereich Stella und nahe dem neuen Spa Bereich. Wir hatten eine top Aussicht auf den See und genossen unsere morgendlichen Kaffees auf der Terrasse sehr. Die Suite war außerordentlich großzügig, sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück schmeckte uns sehr. Es war abwechslungsreich, nicht übertrieben viel. Es gab zB frische Omelette nach Wahl oder auch Lachs und Bresaola. Der Service war bemüht und freundlich. Abends sind wir einmal in das Restaurant La Fontana und genossen ein sehr gutes Abendessen mit top gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Der Spa Bereich ist sehr ansprechend. Der Saunabereich hatte mehrere Optionen und Ruhebereiche. Das Schwimmbecken ist eine Etage tiefer und sehr einladend mit Innen und Außenbereich. Viele Liegestühle und ein entschleunigender Ausblick.

Ein tolles, zentrumnahes Hotel, sehr gut geführt, freundliches Personal. Der neue Wellness Bereich sehr schön, schade, dass der Saunabereich Textilfrei nicht eingehalten wird. Das Restaurant La Fontana ist sehr gut !
