"We traveled with other family, so we had two rooms. Check in was very rough. Once we finally found the correct building and desk, the two people at check-in were quite rude. When we got to the rooms, one of the room was lovely, lots of nice amenities. The other room had no amenities (no shampoo, conditioner, robes, etc); it also had a broken shower. "Pros - good shower and heating. Cons - Electricity (main light) in the room seemed faulty and the TV didn’t work, as there is rarely anyone available in reception, I didn’t bother trying to get it fixed. The hotel is in need of renovation, very noisy and dated, bar staff not attentive, food overcooked/burnt in places. Prices vary massively from the same room, so ok if you can grab a bargain would be very disappointing if you paid double."
