The location is to die for, the house and property are absolutely stunning and clean and we had great sleeps (sooo quiet) and the most relaxing time! It’s the best place to unwind and detach. Beautiful location with spectacular views.
The cottage was very clean and provided everything we needed.
The breakfast at the hotel was so delicious and the staff was beyond accommodating.

The first night was very quiet, but the second night we heard talking from both sides of our room until 2am.
The bed wasn’t super comfortable.
The shower is really small.
I tried to communicate with the owners a few times and never got a response.
Overall, this was a great stay in a beautiful location and I would recommend it when visiting Isle of Skye. "

"Ascrib’s View is a gem. Strongly recommend to anyone visiting Skye. It’s nice to be away from the bustle of Portree, while still being close to many activities. We enjoyed hiking the Quirang and Fairy Pools, and had an amazing speed boat safari with Isle of Skye Seafari in Portree.
The cottage is peaceful and clean, with modern fixtures, a full kitchen and incredible views. Billy and Helen were very easy to communicate with and were very responsive. They also squeezed us in for a booking at the restaurant at their hotel around the corner. It’s a great place to come back to at the end of the day, and a perfect base camp for exploring the island and relaxing."
