"Lovely welcome and a nice room. Not huge but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our evening meal and breakfast were good too"

"The hotel was huge with many floors of stairs and doors. We had the small annex double bedroom. The room was recently decorated, and was tidy and clean. However, the room felt damp, only relying on a small electric heater. The water was very hot in the taps, but the shower didn't work and was freezing cold. The staff serving were helpful and friendly. The food on offer was good, and the fusion curry menu was the best in the UK i have had and having travelled back from a holiday in India."
