"The whole stay was amazing. Staff were really friendly, the spa was incredibly relaxing, and the cabin accommodation was perfect and in a really scenic spot. The only fault was the outdoor pools were pretty cold, but the weather was chilly generally during our stay."

"We had an early ferry to Islay the next morning, and the staff were so thoughtful to prepare our breakfast ahead of time and leave it at the front desk. Great service and nice, comfortable room. The hotel is also very close to the ferry terminal — only about a 10-minute drive, which was very convenient."

"Cadillac Kustomz is a unique hotel with quirky design and loads of character. The rooms are individually styled, with all the necessary facilities, and are spotlessly clean. There is a diner restaurant and a bar on the premises, but we didn't get a chance to try them. The hotel is located quite a distance out from Rothesay, in Ardbeg, but it is a pleasant half hour walk along the waterfront, weather-permitting"

"We had a lovely room with a large bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. The town lost power but we still had hot water which was awesome as it allowed us to have hot showers in the morning. They also made arrangements for a complimentary hot breakfast our second morning when the power was back on. Holly was excellent and enabled us to check in even without the power. "I've been here a number of times for work and it's my go-to place if I'm working in that area. It always feels really chilled and the restaurant is excellent with a range of Scottish and seafood dishes and delicious vegetarian options too. I'll definitely be back again. "
