"The room exceeded expectations, staff was amazingly helpful and friendly, the in room laundry was a perfect need, kitchenette was spacious for the post flight meal, and location was peacefully centered. Would love to stay again for a non-layover trip to reallly enjoy longer!"

"When I arrived, my room wasn’t ready and when I did get a room, it was the wrong room Then I had to come all the way downstairs to get the right room key and the plumbing in the room with the shower is on. It sounds like a boat when the rooms around you take a shower you still hear that same noise. The toilet water comes out of the toilet when you flush it. I did not enjoy my stay. I hope this helps."

"Dunns Josephine Hotel is a great place if you’re visiting Miami or overnight stopover before going somewhere else (like a cruise). It has a New Orleans vibe. Very cute and quaint. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Shout out to Luis G and Toni. It’s 11 mins Uber-ride to Port Miami, if no traffic. This hotel is not as pricey as the hotels closer to the port.
