"The rooms were clean and a good size. The staff were amazing with a strong focus on customer service and support.
The pool and hot tub got a lot a use.
The property was very well maintained!"

"It took an hour to check in because it seems that rooms were not ready even though I had a confirmed reservation. So we had to wait outside in 91 degree heat because they were having everyone check in through window. AC was broken and I had to put tape over a hole that a large bug was coming out of. Almost got hit while walking from staff throwing a bag of empty soda cans over balcony. So thankful for Expedia customer service help."
