"Nice place to stay for the price, very convenient to the airport and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and friendly and the property felt safe. My only complaint was the sheets were stained, and probably should be replaced. Otherwise the room was clean and in good order. "

"The front desk staff was excellent. I arrived earlier and theybhad a room available for us. The price was perfect for what we were needing to do. The only thing I will say is the beds they need to be upgrade. You could see the U shape on the mattress and that was super uncomfortable to sleep in. Other than that everything was on point and perfect. "

"This was a great spot for a day at Universal. The shuttle was easy and when we didn’t come back on the shuttle, the location is so close that an uber was extremely affordable. I wished the pool had later hours (sun up to sun down) because our kids would have loved a night swim but that was the only thing I wished was different. The place is a little older but was clean. Would recommend . "
