"Pet friendly and had a large area to take our dog out too however homeless people walking around and under trees made this sketchy. Staff was good enough to assign us a first floor room near the dog service area which was perfect the fitness center might as well not exist I never give bad reviews usually just keep them to myself but this is not a good place to stay"

"We always like this hotel. Location is perfect for us. Very nice staff. We have stayed here many times. This most recent stay we did have some disappointments, but overall it is still a great place and we will stay here again."

"The only reason we were even in the area, was to attend a family funeral nearby. When relatives asked us where we were staying, we told them where we were and advised them to never recommend the Quality Inn in Lockport to anyone they knew. The poor condition of the rooms, lack of cleanliness, ripped furniture and disgusting hygiene protocols – combined with the laissez-faire attitude of the staff regarding guest care has certainly left a sour taste in our mouths and prompted the need for this...

"The hotel is really run down. There is a musty smell. The front desk couldn’t hear me on the rotary phone. Strong smell of bleach and there was some beetle bug in the bathroom. It is close to Darien Lake, so that was a plus."

"location of the property was good, rooms sizes were big and the amenities were good. but on the cleanliness, I feel more improvement is required, Breakfast needs improvement it was very basic and very few varieties."

"Great deal if you’re driving a car about 20’ drive from main Niagara attractions. Has washer and dryer which worked great for just a one night stay after night show at the Falls.,"
