Locomotive Outdoor Museum

Elevator Lift was not working which made it inconvenient for us to walk up and down 3 floors

First of all, the staff is very helpful! Amenities are great (welcome chocolate and a bottle of water). Our biggest disappointment was our expectation based on the pictures of the hotel seen on the Expedia app. The building on the picture is actually part of the Schönbrunn palace and that is not the hotel. The rooms seem a lot more spacious on the pictures but that wasn’t really the issue. It was more the representation/ expectation after seeing the pictures of the outside of the hotel vs what it really was. The A/C was working, we could hear it, but wasn’t cooling down much.

The hotel is well located in middle of a park and nearby lake, but its little far from most of vienna landmarks. The staff are great and parking lot is very good for road travellers.
