"Booked the hotel in order to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. On arrival was advised the restaurant was closed for dinner in the evening, not indicated on the website or hotel listing. Had a young male at the reception that refused to accept parking was provided as a VIP member. Asked to pay up front payment to park at the hotel. When I tried to explain the parking was included and showed him the booking he was very rude, tried to push me away from the reception when I tried to highlight it on his computer screen, and stated "keep away from the screen mate" !!! and did not believe me even though it was clearly indicated in the booking. Frankly very unprofessional. I requested the matter be referred to whoever was managing the property, which was later resolved via a call from the manager. However the worse thing was I clearly requested a 'quite room' away from any noise and was placed in room 501 which is next to what I assume to be the hotel main A/C unit as there was a loud humming / machinery noise that kept myself and my wife awake all night. Not something anyone would want after a 7 hour drive. Not impressed and would not stay there again so I cant recommend the hotel. "

"Comfortable stay. Location is excellent. Easy check in and underground parking kept the car cool. Rooms were spacious. Had one use soap, shampoo and conditioner so if staying a few days you may have to ask for more. "

The rooms felt comfortable and modern, with everything you need The facilities were also a standout—there’s a heated indoor pool, spa, and sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day out. The secure parking and free Wi-Fi added to the overall convenience. What really makes this place special is the combination of location and atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway or a base to explore Port Macquarie, it ticks all the boxes. Overall: A fantastic stay with beautiful views, great amenities, and an ideal location. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Fantastic view. The view and location were excellent. While the room was very compact, it met our needs. The Lady at the front desk was helpful with obtaining some ice for us."

"The property was great. Except...our bed was not made? Linens folded and set on the bed, and there is no shower supplies included, or at least they were not left for us. No shampoo, or body wash seems kinda weird. Just a few things that most tenants expect. Otherwise, it was quiet, clean and very comfortable."
