Staff friendly. Hotel clean and modern. Pulled up outside and a staff member parked my car for me in the hotel underground car park (it’s a bit tight for an English driver in a left hand drive car !)

Location: Just on the edge of old town makes this a convenient location. Close to the night life scene but far enough to avoid any noise. Hotel: Good condition with a small lobby and lounge area. Clean. Room: Decent size for a short stay. We stayed 2 nights. Room was comfortable but on the small size. Staff: Very nice. Only negative is parking. We had a mid size SUV and apparently it cant fit in their parking so we had to parking public garage.

We had an excellent family stay at the NH Hotel in Logroño, La Rioja. The parking lot was too small for our 7-seater van. The front desk told us where we could park. The hotel staff was generally very friendly.

Rooms were modern and clean. Located 5 mins walk from old town where there were a ton of restaurants and tapas bar. Staff was helpful and friendly. Big public carpark nearby even if the hotel carpark is full.

We appreciated the helpful and kind front desk staff. The breakfast was one of the best we have experienced in our Spain trip exceeding other 4 and 5 star stays. The bar and room service were not open on the weekend but the hotel was a short walk to a lively food and drink scene. Overall, we loved our stay!

1 night stay in Logroño centre

Excellent location in the heart of Logroño.Rooms are bigger than average. Very kindly allowed us to check in earlier than planned. Hotel bar & restaurant closed, not a problem but we were not informed of this prior to arrival. No prices in room for mini bar, 1 very small bottle le of coke was €4. Very minor point but this was double the price of any other hotels on our trip which was disappointing especially considering the bar was closed

Hotel Great but Logrono Very disappointing

We have visited 21 cities in Spain and we would rate the Tapas and wine selection in the bars in the bottom 3. Sunday is definitely not the day to arrive into Logrono. The hotel was very good but skeleton staff meaning no room service or bar being open was a small issue for us. The receptionist although polite did not know the area and could not recommend a good restaurant. Logrono was very disappointing as definitely not an area of the best tapas in Spain as claimed. You will not see red wine being drunk in the bars as it is the cheapest and worst of Rioja they stock. The city lacks energy and didn’t really feel this is a place ready to accept tourists. The hotel room was fabulous- spacious and clean. Breakfast good. Parking for oversized vehicles are off site at a free car park a few minutes away. We will come back as after reading so many good things, must have missed something?? Location of hotel excellent. We have visited 21 cities in Spain and we would rate the Tapas and wine selection in the bars in the bottom 3. Not a great amabassador for the wine with poor service and no knowledge.
