"Room design could be better for example door to bathroom forces you to almost walk into the hall tree. No klenex in room. Sofa very old and uncomfortable- cushions slides off the sofa. Chairs also uncomfortable."

"Cleanliness can be improved and beds are very soft. We didn’t like it. Every room has a lock and one was locked upon arrival. We had to request the code to open the door.
