Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The lack of a ramp, or hotel staff to assist guests with entering the hotel was rather astonishing. Adina Apartment Hotel Cologne
The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful and polite. The room was great . But housekeeping needs to pay more attention. Location is good , good restaurant nearby.
