"This was the wrost homewood i have ever stayed at. The breakfast was cold and no one kept up with restocking breakfast. There was no elevator, had to carry all our luggage up to the 4th floor. "This property was centrally located and accessible to Peoria, Glendale and Scottsdale but set in a quiet area out of downtown areas. Staff was very responsive, multiple choices of pools with clean towels and well kept areas. Rooms were clean and maintenance was responsive when our safe needed new batteries. Felt very safe for my daughter and I traveling together. Resort restaurant was reasonable and good food onsite and room delivery. Will definitely return."
