"The hotel was nice, the staff were polite but the AC was broken and we let the front desk know and they said this is how it is supposed to work. We could not sleep all night, they came three times and every time they said this is their regulation to keep the room at a certain temperature and they said it is the same as the temperature in their lobby which was definitely not the case. "Well appointed and had everything we needed. Little extras like coffee, tea, biscuits. Easy communication, check in and help with airport transportation. Great location! Only downside was the was some traffic noise, but not much overnight. AC worked great in crazy heat."
