"Nice & clean but construction noise started at 6:30a - 7:00a every morning. So bad news for jet lag folks unless you are an early riser. The best part is location to shops, restaurants & the Duomo (sp?)."

Impossible to enter; however, store owner next door opened entrance and pointed to dark area to go to. I entered a darkened plaza area, walked down corridor, and knocked on guest door. Guest directed me to manager. Manager refused to speak to me @ my guaranteed reservation for 2 nights, and told me Sold Out! "The location was excellent — very close to the train station and with grocery shops nearby. The accommodation had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only issue was that on the last day before the departure internet went down. When I contacted the property, the problem was not resolved until the next day when I left."
