The toilet was continuously leaking, the shower door was broken, the only table in the room was small and wobbly, and the washing machine was broken. The wifi was spotty and so I had to move my laptop and work close to the hallway door. I also had to spend 40 euros to clean my close in a nearby laundromat. The staff was nice and tried to help but unfortunately nothing was...

"The studio apartment was clean and in very good condition. The host were very helpful and there's always an emergency contact at night. On our last night, the power went out and got on to the emergency number and everything was fixed immediately. Will definitely come back."

"Good location. Excellent communication with property manager. However, there were multiple misses. First, walls are extremely thin. We could hear the neighbors next door all night. Secondly, heater stopped working in the middle of the night and it was literally freezing (January). Appliances were old and stove reaked of gas when we tried to use it."
