This hotel was budget friendly but felt like luxury. 10 minutes walk from the Train station, easy access to bus routes and local amenities and restaurants. Impossible to enter; however, store owner next door opened entrance and pointed to dark area to go to. I entered a darkened plaza area, walked down corridor, and knocked on guest door.
