"Check in semplice e posizione facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi. Pulizia discreta. Nel complesso per una notte è andata bene"

"Camere abbastanza vecchie, ma pulite. C'è tutto quello che serve e la posizione è ottima."

"This was very conveniently located near the train station. Although we arrived much late than we planned (around mid night), the proximity of the accommodation made is less of a concern. Nice and cosy apartment with necessary amenities . The apartment came with a modern sophisticated washer/dryer which was very useful. It is well lit and clean. 2-3min walk to the Bernina express station. Plenty of restaurants near by."

"This is a great alternative to a hotel. Property had all of the amenities needed. The staff is friendly and the gym was great."

"Este apartamento ha sido de los mejores que me he quedado!!! Lo único que aconsejo es dejar instrucciones para la lavadora / secadora ya que no pudimos usarla."

"Location, Location. Great neighborhood, the best area to stay in, very safe, the streets are active but not loud. You can stroll at all hours 7-10 minutes from train. Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Breakfast was very good."

During our stay, the plumbing underneath the sink came apart, requiring a plumber to come to the unit and make repairs. I would strongly recommend that guests avoid leaning on this sink or...

"Et rom med enkle fasiliteter, men det var rent og vi fikk det som var lovet. Vi kom sent på kvelden, kun 15 minutter før lovlig innsjekking, fikk litt utfordringer med å finne rett dør til leiligheten, siden det var mørkt i gangen (lyset var av). Hadde god kommunikasjon via Whatsapp."

"Our room looked nothing like ANY of the pictures. The second we walked into our room all you could smell was mold. Simply walking around for 5-10 mins your feet or socks turn black. A floor is softer than the beds in that place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!"

"The room was small but clean and efficient. They have really got the check in process and communication process together. We had a hiccup when the City cut off water to do some maintenance, and Numa was very communicative, and agreed to a small refund for our inconvenience. There is a lovely restaurant in the downstairs, and the back garden is really beautiful and calm. The apartment had everything we needed, and compared to other "no desk" places we stayed, we had no issues with getting...
