We stayed for two nights. We woke up early for an excursion, but grabbed complimentary breakfast on the way out and it was perfect for a quick bite as we headed out. Our room was the perfect size for our family of four. We had a tempur pedic king size bed with a pull-out sofa that the kids used. Our room was facing the courtyard and you could hear the patrons of the restaurant, but it wasn't too loud. There is a mini fridge in the room stocked with water. We had plenty of towels and they were changed out each day. This location was perfect for our trip. We were busy both days so we did not spend a lot of time in our room, but we did walk to nearby restaurants for pizza, cafe, and snacks. There is a great view of the sea from the rootop where you can lounge as well. Everything was clean, sage and had a wonderful Italian vibe.

We had a wonderful stay at Chiostro San Francesco. The staff were all very friendly and helpful — special thanks to Luigi and Elisabetta for making our experience extra special. Luigi took the time to show us how to get around with local transportation and was so accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and you can tell it’s kept updated with care. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The amenities were excellent, and the bistro staff were fantastic — they were so helpful, friendly, and even accommodated our special request with great care. The bistro itself was very convenient, especially since it’s open for long hours. The view from the third floor was beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the refrigerator in the room, which was a nice touch and perfect for keeping our water cold during the warm days. We felt very safe in the Vomero area, which was walkable to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and other conveniences, making it easy to explore and enjoy the neighborhood. If there’s one thing I’d suggest improving, it would be the breakfast selection. While the cakes and pastries were delicious, it would be nice to have some warm options like scrambled eggs or other hot dishes. Also, having a kettle in every room would be a great addition for guests who enjoy making tea or coffee. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, mit ein paar Schritten durch die Fussgängerzone auch gleich bei der Metro. Das Hotel hat ein tolles Cafe und Bistro, wo man sich auch am Abend noch sehr gute Speisen und Cocktails gönnen kann. Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Einzige Kritik: das Frühstück könnte etwas vielseitiger sein. Als Gebäck gibt es leider nur Toastbrot, Gemüse gibt es nur Tomaten, und Eier nur gekocht, und man hat auch keine Möglichkeit extra zu bestellen. Süsses gibt es dafür ausreichend.

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'endroit, ses plafonds hauts et sa décoration d'époque. Nous avons eu un bon accueil à l'arrivée et le départ a été facilité . C'est un bon compromis entre l'hôtel et le B&B. Situé dans un quartier calme sur les hauteurs de Naples le Chiostro San Francesco offre l'espace et la quiétude nécessaires pour se ressourcer.

首先是在napoli 安全的中产阶层区域，比起老城还是海边…安静也安全，由可爱的修道院改建，摆设很有复古气质，出行有地铁也是很方便其实，房间简单现代还有免费提供饮用水每天，前台亲切英文沟通没有问题

A lovely place to stay!

I really liked the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful - especially at the start of my stay when they went the extra mile to help with my taxi from the airport. During my stay they were also helpful with suggestions about what to do in Naples and courteous and friendly in the mornings at breakfast. The hotel is very clean, smart and contemporary looking whilst also being a historic building. I really liked the central courtyard that is also a dining area. Breakfast was good and there was always a lot of choice of food. Food is also served in the evenings at the hotel. The menu wasn't huge, but the food was very good and reasonably priced. The adjoining bar is very popular and has a terrace with a view out over the bay. The room was clean and smart. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower. The hotel is within walking distance of three funicular lines down into the centre of Naples and also the park of the Villa Floridiana is 2 minutes away whilst the beautiful and interesting Certosa di San Martino and the Castel Sant'Elmo, both with stunning views over the city, are about a 15 minute walk.

Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if you have your hands busy. Those are minor details. It is one of the best hotels in Nápoles and very well located. The area is safe. very well maintained for Naples standards and great night environment with restaurants and walkable streets.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an excellent experience at this hotel and would gladly stay here again. The entire property was spotlessly clean, and the surrounding area felt safe, quiet, and well-kept. It’s also conveniently located near bus stops, making it easy to get around without a car. The staff were exceptionally attentive and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile and truly made me feel at home. Their service added a personal touch that really stood out. The room was spacious and comfortable, with simple but functional furniture that met all my needs. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus during warmer days. The bathroom was also generously sized, featuring a large shower with excellent water pressure. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide and fresh selection of both sweet and savory items, something for everyone. Overall, this hotel offers great value, comfort, and hospitality. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a clean, safe, and well-run place with great amenities and service!
