This was the last stop on our trip and didn't spend much time in the hotel, but the rooms were sizeable and gave the right amount of amenities. Staff was very helpful, and it's set far enough away from downtown that it's quiet. Would highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Also, a good breakfast selection. Highly recommend

Appena decentrato rispetto alla zona della stazione Garibaldi possiede un parcheggio chiuso ed incluso che è una perla rara per la zona. Personale gentile, disponibile e molto amichevole. Molto buona la colazione con proposte sia dolci che salate.

It was a great hotel with a few nearby restaurants, about a 20 min walk from the train station and a nearby grocery store for water. We would definately stay there again.

Extremely disappointing experience. Upon checking in, we immediately noticed the room was dirty, with stains throughout the carpet, hair in the shower, and a strong musty smell. The photos online were misleading and did not accurately represent the condition of the room. The overall environment felt unclean, and we were uncomfortable staying there. We ended up leaving just 30 minutes after checking in because of the condition of the room. Despite not staying a single night, we received no refund for our 4-night, 5-day reservation, which cost nearly $500. We understand policies, but paying nearly $500 for a room we couldn’t comfortably stay in is unacceptable. Would not recommend.

The property is older and needs an upgrade. There is no airport shuttle available except at night. The bar and restaurant do not open until 6:30 and 7:30 pm respectively. The menu is limited and the food is just ok. The area is industrial, not particularly safe with extremely limited outside food options and you are not allowed to bring outside food in. The cabs they called for us were literally more than 2x as much as the one we found ourselves to get back to the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and close to the train station (approximately a 6 minute walk). The garden area out front of the hotel was a nice bonus! We were told the area wasn't the best, but we didn't have any issues as female travelers, even in the evenings. We would stay here again.

The hotel is nice and well maintained. The room was ample size however the shower is a bit odd, it's a shower/tub with a partial wall ( we ended up with a lot of water on the floor). The breakfast was nice with plenty of options. The surrounding area where the hotel is located isn't the best area.
