"The kindest most hospitable staffs I have seen. Always checking in to see if there was anything else needed. Spotless place with all the modern amenities. Brand new kitchen setup with stove, microwave, dish washer, sink, fridge, ect.
Perfectly clean bathroom with very hotwater.
Bedroom has nice comfortable mattress with white beddings.
Most of all, this is a great example of French hospitality while experiencing European castle like living. "

"Prestations absolument pas au niveau annoncé :
Nous sommes entrés dans une chambre malodorante et qui n'avait pas été faite. Obligés d'attendre plus d'une heure et demi le passage de la femme de ménage, après s'être battu pour avoir une réponse au téléphone (service client ne répond pas).
Différents éléments non fonctionnels (prises et lumière de tête de lit, siège extérieur cassé, fixations des rideaux qui se décrochent du plafond, bouchon de baignoire qui fuit, etc...).
Pas de mobilier...

"Séjour horrible, l’extérieur est très sympa cool. Mais l’intérieur est très très vieux. Appartement sous les combles, il fait très très chaud en été et il y’a des moustiques, un ventilateur sera un plus. Isolation avec les propriétaire nulle le soir on écoute tous ce que dise les voisins. Je conseil pas du tous. Attention photos sur le site mensongère. "
