"Park Plaza London Riverbank was the PERFECT hotel for our first time in London. From the time we got to the property to the time we left it was AMAZING!! The staff ALWAYS went above and beyond. Helped with direction and suggestions on dining. The room was so clean and if we needed anything all we needed to do was call and it was delivered to our room within minutes. And the location....PERFECT!!! We were within walking distance to a Big Bus tours stop, Parliament, Queens Tower/Big Ben, the London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Borough Market and so many others. "

"I stayed with my mother and it was perfect for us. The rooms were basic but super clean and modern. Beds were like futons so harder for a 70 year old but we both slept perfectly. The location is right in the centre of Piccadilly but it was silent. Highly recommended. We used the cafe downstairs and there’s even a gym too. "

"great place to stay at a very affordable price. Central location. Room is very small, and no windows. But it have great a heat pump that you can control the air conditioning and heat. Very clean. soft comfortable bed and high end towels, and linen. Shower and toilet in room. Breakfast is not included, but in the room, there is a kettle and coffee and tea that you can prepare yourself. Lobby have a water dispenser and cucumber glass water dispenser. Newspaper are available free of charge daily. Excellent."
