"Came into Gravesend from London for a friend's funeral. Checked in early without any charge...room was spacious and warm, loved my room as it had the LAKE view, very relaxing. Food (breakfast and lunch) was nicely cooked, fresh and hot. Adequate lighting in room and bathroom. Water temperature was perfect. Beautiful and efficient staff. Thank you 😊 💓. "This is a terrible hotel to stay in! There is no A/C, It was unbearably hot. We had fan running and temperature in the room was 30 deg C. We had to checkout after 2 days instead of 3 days booked. We request a refund of one days for the two rooms booked. We are yet to receive a refund."

"OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. "This is my regular go to hotel when visiting Essex/London. Very easy to get to, just off the M25 and very close to Lakeside Shopping Centre. There is plenty of parking. Check in is quick. Rooms are spacious and clean with a well stocked complimentary tea tray and complimentary toiletries. Bed is comfortable and shower is great. Staff are all very nice and friendly, especially Donna, Kirsty, Jamie and Theresa who always make you feel like a friend more than a guest. Will definitely be back again...
