The room reserved was a shared bathroom. The guest who wanted a Room upgrade shall pay the price difference. However, the management approved and give a little consideration to allocate a room with private bathroom with no extra charges - a complimentary upgrade otherwise original room will retain.

We have daily housekeeping to remove the rubbish, make up the bed and replenish sets of coffee, tea and fresh towels. However, the housekeeper will not access to room with do not disturb signage.
