Good value
Nothing fancy, but does what it says on the tin- clean and tidy, quiet, good idea with the help/make yourself breakfast and communal kitchen . Helpful hosts. Good value for money.

Poor communication about accessibility
Room was ok, could do with some TLC and updating. Also a very narrow and steep stairs reduced accessibility. No lift so had to park wheelchair downstairs and slowly work the stairs. I did notify access needs in advance but was allocated a room on the top floor, which is poor planning. So my scores mostly in the middle.

May 15 2023 to May 26 2023 - 268 Franciscan Road, Upper Tooting, London England - There black mold on the inside of the shower. Looks like it was there a while. The lower level units should be insulated better to block out street noises, the beds are Double and very cramped for two people and the mattress is awful. I had to purchase a mattress topper for the bed to make it comfortable. The Manager and Manageress were wonderful people and very accommodating. The items available for all day breakfasts were plentiful. The location was superb and only 5 minutes walk to the subway.

5 mins from metro station and self-service breakfast is a plus. The room needs maintenance, the furniture, including the bed, is not new at all. Walls, doors and windows have zero sound isolation - you can hear every person and every car passing by.

Will not revisit.
Basically a bedsit with cheap furnishings, you have to use an intercom to gain a number to use to open the front door. I accessed my room and the window was wide open and had no handles to pull it closed or lock it. The shower had a rusty pole and curtain on to replace the broken door.

Great little hotel.
Easy check-in, great room, friendly staff. They accomodated a request and responded quickly to a minor issue. Would happily stay there again!

Very good value for the price
I have stayed here a number of times before, there is now a member of staff on site which is great because I needed help with the tv in my room. Another big bonus is that there is a kitchen so you can cook, and breakfast foodstuffs (cornflakes, toast, butter, a range of jams as well as bacon and eggs and milk) are available 24/7. There is also usually plenty of parking on the street which is free overnight. The only slight drawback is that it looks a little shabby in places, my toilet tended to continue flushing unless I went back and fiddled with the flushing mechanism, however, for the price, an excellent find, very near the tube so great access to many parts of London.

This place was in good condition. I stayed in room 6 and was cleaned everyday. Communal area was nice. As it was cold a heater was in the room.

Ideally located in Tooting Broadway. Bus and Tube links very close by for getting round and seeing the sights! Lots of lovely bars and eating places about! Good accommodation, will definitely stay again!

Not Good At all
I was very very unhappy with this place the pictures that caused me to book it, had a spacious clean and comfortable surroundings and I’d booked it as 2 ADULTS only to arrive to a room just about big enough for me to turnaround in with a SINGLE BED and stained pillows!! If I could have been refunded I would! I didn’t even bother staying the night that’s how disappointed I was

nearly out in the cold
The room was fine, the set up for breakfast is a really good idea, you can even use the washing machine BUT there are no staff on the premises, to get let in you ring the doorbell which links to a mobile, only on this occasion it rerouted several times and just rang and rang and eventually went to voicemail....I was stuck in the street at 8pm in the evening....luckily another guest arrived and let me in and luckily the key box had not been locked by the previous guest so I could get in to my room....otherwise I am not sure what would have happened, I won't risk staying there again.....

The hall carpet is a bit threadbare but there is parking, there is breakfast for you to cook yourself but no butter or margarine for the toast? overall, okay for the price

Convient for visiting family. Walkable to everywhere, Disappointed that there was only one rasher of bacon left for two of us. The lady before us had two pieces for herself knowing we were waiting. Eggs were ok.

There is no reception. Everything on entry was by direction through buzzing the front and reply. Lots of security measures such as notice of CCTV and codes to get inside and to your room. Once in I notices the windows in the "communal kitchen area were wide open. So much for security. The laundry facility was a washer and dryer that looked like it could hold only 5 pieces of clothing. Limited parking on the street. The room was decent to hold a double bed. The bathroom had mold and mildew. The toilet flushed once and you had to fiddle with it after flushing from stopping the water running. No garbage can in the bathroom so bring everything from there to the one in the living area. The area sketchy!

Great Option.
This was a lovely place to stay in. Very clean and comfortable, nice to have access to a kitchen and laundry services. The only issues for me were that the Hallway carpet is in need of replacing, my toilet didn't flush properly and I had to hold the flush button down for a while to get any water. Finally my shower door wouldn't stay closed. Otherwise this was a great option.

Basic place, good deal
This aparthotel was an ok place. Nothing fancy just basic. It was clean and we had our own bathroom. Our double room was roomy enough, especially compared to European standards. The breakfast that they provide is good. You cook it yourself in the communal kitchen and we rarely came across anyone in there at the same time. They provided eggs, ham, bacon, bread, butter, jam and juice. It was quick and easy to cook and clean before we went out for the day. It is a good price and the Northern line Underground was about 7 minutes walk. There are lots of shops and restaurants and again, the area was nothing fancy. We never felt unsafe. We were half an hour away from most of the sights we went to see. Fairly good deal for the money. The wi-fi was good most of the time. We only had one time where my husband couldn't watch a show on his ipad. He was able to watch it on his phone, though.
