We received a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival. The staff were helpful. The room was clean and we felt that, with breakfast included in the price, the cost was very reasonable. We were able to purchase 24 hours parking in the hotel car park, which was really helpful. The hotel was ideally situated for our visit to the O2. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Convenient location but a hotel showing signs of wear & tear. Room needs new carpet & painting. Shower particularly - door damaged & paintwork patchy. Couldn't close the window. Work on street outside seems to have been going on forever - might look good when finished but currently depressing. Comfortable bed - I did sleep well but this isn't a cheap stay & a refurb needed.

Perfecte locatie voor een paar dagen Londen
We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen in dit hotel. De locatie is ook prima. Op 5 minuten lopen van de metro (Jubilee Line), dus je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum. Tegenover het hotel is een supermarkt en naast het hotel een pizzeria. De kamers zijn schoon en comfortabel. Het (gratis) ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en wordt goed aangevuld. We zijn erg tevreden over ons verblijf!

We had a family room - double and double-ish sofa bed. This made the room very cramped but the price was really reasonable so no complaints. Breakfast included too. Was most impressed by the level of cleanliness. All spotless.

Stayed here for an event at the O2 but now realise there were better hotels much closer. This hotel was ok but the bed was a standard double 4’6” so smaller than a lot of beds in hotels now days but the worst thing of all was the terrible smell of sewage in the bathroom. Think they have a major problem with their plumbing.

A very tired hotel
Having stayed in many Holiday Inns throughout the country this has to be the worst room. Check in was great, the staff very welcoming and the reception area very modern and clean. The lift made noises that didn’t fill you with confidence. The carpet of our room was worn out in places and bleach stained, there was mould around the window and a large crack in the plaster, the laminate of the desk peeled/chipped. Everything was well worn, I wouldn’t say dirty just very very tired

The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The room was small for 4 people. The suds bed was crammed in the room and there was hardly any space to walk after the bed and sofa bed. The elevator and room fob keys stopped working every day and we had to get them reset at the reception. The staff was very nice. Specially Shaz at the reception. She was so helpful and informative. She gave such good tips about the oyester card which helped us save money. Overall it was a good experience.

Good for a short stay
Check-in was quick, and the room size was okay. The only thing was the shower; the drain was blocked and overflowing quickly. I was showering my daughter and had to turn off the water just after a few seconds of putting her in. There’s mould, too, which a bleach scrub would eliminate. The pillows are hard and flat, not comfortable at all. Luckily, we were only there for one night. Breakfast was excellent, which is included in the price. The English lady that done our check out was extremely helpful, thank you!

Weekend stay
Floor Was soaking wet at door, aircon had been leaking before we checked in. Maintenance came and put towels down and did something with aircon. However it still leaked so had to call them back again. Room smelt fusty stale water in the carpet from leak. 3 bulbs in bathroom and only 1 worked. Pillows not very comfy. Breakfast was good and good location.

Hôtel et personnels accueillant, chambre propre et fonctionnelle petit bémol pour le lit canapé le matelas est tres fin et peu confortable. Le petit dejeuner est tres bien aussi. A 2 minutes de la station canning town possible de se rentre partout dans Londres du ciup tres pratique.

The staff were very hard working and friendly.our room was at the front of the hotel overlooking the road which was busy and quite noisy but apart from that pleased with our stay.
