"Our problem was the bathroom. They raised the floor making the entrance to the bathroom hazardous( easy to trip over), Bathroom counter is the lowest we have ever encountered. Bathroom sink and vanity dated. Sink didn’t drain properly. Curtains dated and part off track. Poor lighting. Linens good
Bed comfortable.
Door into suite dated and needed painting."

"Honestly, it was just an overall great stay - top to bottom. Staff were amazing, helpful and easy to chat with. Quick to offer information and assistance. Very comfortable, lotsa space, I had an incredible stay tbh. Hot tub was outside, which was perfect and we had some excellent cocktails down in the *speakeasy. (of sorts anyway lol). Highly...

"Check in was very slow. Only one employee at the 4:00 P.M. check-in time. They were interrupted by another employee for a long conversation while customers waited. We were told that room service was every other day. We stayed three nights and never had room service. We called down on the third day at 4:00 P,M. and requested missing items, which were delivered an hour later. The included breakfast is under staffed. The one employee worked very hard, but could not keep up."
