A very comfortable night spent near Eurostar staion, Kings Cross. Lovely beds and bedding, good shower, very helpful and friendly staff, good rate considering how central. We would choose to stay again if we need to be in town early. No breakfast available, but plenty of cafes in the area.

The hotel is very clean, nice rooms (but a little small) and the staff is real nice. We were able to drop our luggage earlier and this was a big plus for us. As it’s very close to Londen St. Pancras it was a bit loud. The mirror in the room has a blue light - if you cannot sleep with light in the room you need to take a sleeping eye mask. Overall this was a really nice stay, we also loved the coffe / tea option in the room

Nice comfortable stay and a decent sized family room for 4 in London. Would definitely stay here again but maybe no longer than 2 nights. Location was a very big plus, only slight areas for improvement would be air conditioning as very warm in the room even in early March. From a security perspective peep holes on the doors and a better system with the key would have made us feel safer, basically anyone can walk in and give the room number and be provided your key as you have to leave it every time you leave the property. However all in all this was a very nice hotel and good value for money.

Excellent hotel close to transport links
Lovely stay, close to transport links and central London. Modern, immaculate hotel with great rooms and excellent service. Always my first choice for quick business trips to the city as a solo traveler.

Disappointing second time visit.
Booked in October requesting the same room (downstairs, back of the hotel, sleeps 3) as we have a tall teen who can no longer sleep in fold out beds. I heard nothing from the hotel so assumed my request was acceptable. On checking in however, we were given the upstairs room at the front of the hotel. This room is next to the access to the stairs (so guests pass it etc), and the window looks out on to the square. Unfortunately there are large construction works going on in the square which proved noisy. The room itself was small, clean, with the single and double beds touching. Plenty of lighting, a desk and chair, a kettle with minimal tea & coffee facilities (they had run out of milk at the desk when we asked for more). A safe and a hot working radiator (used after a day getting drenched on the streets!). The bathroom was a small wet room with toilet on the left and shower on the right. The door to which had a large gap all the way around which gave the user very little privacy. The small sink was in the bedroom space. On the second night a guest was drying clothes with a hair dryer at 3am and set the first alarm off, and then again an hour later, so little sleep was had by all, especially as the loud continued beep on the alarm box outside a room wasn’t silenced and reset for some time. Overall I’ve been disappointed with this stay though love the waking closeness to theatre district of this hotel.

Good value and comfortable
Great single room at the top of the hotel, steep stairs and lots of them but that wasn’t a problem for me. Service was great, the communal areas and halls are well kept, the bed comfortable and the furnishings in good condition. Off little en suite where the toilet was in the shower - quirky and innovative not a bad thing at all. The tea and coffee making facilities were great. Well located opposite King’s Cross st pancras . All in a great value place to spend a couple of nights in London.

Une bonne adresse !
Hôtel bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied des gares de King's Cross et de Saint Pancras. Bon état, propre, bonne literie et bon accueil. Possibilité de laisser son sac en consigne, à l'aller comme le jour du départ.

This hotel is very clean, which is important to me. Overall, there are no major issues, and I am satisfied with the price and location. The only thing to note is that the soundproofing in the room is not great, and during the late night and early morning hours, I sometimes hear noises from the floor above.

Good for a London trip
All you need for an stay in London. Room was quite, the bed comfy enough. As usual no stairs to the top floor but doable. The bathroom is rather small, I had to dry the toilet seat after every shower, but that did not make it a bad stay. The location is fantastic. I would stay here again.

Great location. Friendly staff who were happy to store our suitcases at checkout until it was time to catch the train home. Clean room and bathroom. Single beds were a little narrow and noise could be heard in easily from other rooms but all in all very good value for money.
