A lovely 2 night stay! The staff are friendly and helpful, facilities are good, food is tasty and good quality. I’ll be back. Just one issue- it’s almost impossible to speak directly with the hotel before you check in due to the automated telephone service. Such a shame!

While the reception and bar area look great, the LEDs constantly flicker which is rather nauseating. Food and drink is extremely expensive and extremely poor quality. Service was slow. Rooms are very tired and not particular clean. I come every year for a 3 day conference and am always disappointed. Wish they booked another hotel.

There are better options.
Middle of the road. Just stay at Ibis, or if the price is comparable stay at the Radisson Blu Edwardian down the road. The service and food are better. And the rooms are in slightly better condition, and they have better security.

Very easy to get to, and a very comfortable and clean stay. It was not over busy, food is decent and not too pricy.
my only complaint is the bust service was not running in the morning, and I feel they could have arranged some sort of transport for customers (paid or free) but instead I had to Uber.

No hot water in my room I asked for this to be fixed and was advised it would be, however I still had no hotwater the following morning. Not great to have to have a cold shower on a November morning!
Also, the food and drinks in the bar is so over-priced. £8.80 for a pint of lager and £15 for a poor quality Pizza - Wow!!

The room was a little noisy from the Hvac systems. All night buzzing rather loudly which kept me awake. The restaurant served me cold pizza and had limited options. The gym and pool were lovely and the room itself was very comfy and spotless. Shower was broken.

It’s ok for the price, Small with no view and a long walk from the elevator. Last stop for hotel Hoppa before T2 and the Bus didn’t show.
