Barato pero muy masificado, condiciobes pésimas
Estancia pésima, habitación pequeña masificada 17 pax, mala ventilacion, colchoneta dura, mido 1.86 y la cama era de 1.80, mala iluminación, ambiente muy sordido. Baño y ducha siempre estaban limpios, recepcionistas amables, toalla de pago.

Pretty much as expected. The staff was fine, the facilities okay, and they do their best to keep it clean. My main issues were with other guests being inconsiderate, but in a room of nine that's to be expected. The only difficulties I had with the hostel itself was the often confusing layout, and an expensive laundry fee with a dryer that doesn't fully dry the clothes.

Claudia e Ryan os melhores!
Eu gostei muito do Hostel mas o atendimento de Cláudia e Ryan foi excelente. Ambos muito solícitos e gentis. Claudia era incansável! Sempre me ajudando em tudo com gentileza e eficácia em vários aspectos. Inclusive subiu e desceu várias vezes pra me ensinar a usar a máquina de lavar, sempre com um sorriso.

Ok for a night
Had a twin bunk room. Clean room but corridors a bit sticky. Really narrow stairs to top floor. Not suitable for anyone with disabilities as stairs narrow and steep.

Quite poor
The lockers below the bed is very old and noisy. Each time a person opens them makes loud noise as they are made of heavy iron. Room was also extremely hot without any air con or fan.

Agradable estancia pero no cuenta con elevador.
El personal de hotel es muy amable, la habitación y baño estaban limpios, el único inconveniente es que no tienen elevador y las escaleras son muy reducidas, nos toco en el 4to piso. el equipaje lo debe subir y bajar el cliente, fue muy díficil manejar la maleta de 23 kgs y mas para mi como mujer. Me gusto que nos guardaron nuestro equipaje el día del check out ya que nuestro vuelo salia por la noche.

Bonjour, plutôt mauvais jour, je suis dans une colère noire. Je vous fais part de mon vif mécontentement, je viens d'arriver à Londres, et je présente à l'hôtel qui m'a été réservé par vos soins, on me dit qu'il n'est pas possible de pouvoir avoir un lit dans un dortoir, car je suis trop âgé, ils ne louent que jusqu'à 45 ans !!!! Du jamais vu,!!! j'étais pendant 10 ans à Air France, j'ai parcouru tout le monde entier, jamais je n'ai vu une chose pareille !. Alors j'exige le remboursement immédiat, d'un montant de 83,94, qui m'a bien sûre été déjà prélevé sur mon compte, il y a déjà une dizaine de jours, je vous joins les justificatifs, et j'attends très rapidement le remboursement, ainsi que de vos nouvelles ! Salutations Mr Guerre Hervé.

Good for the price. Well located.
Good hostel. The only thing to say is that there is no lift and I had to climb really steep stairs.

Worst ever
Booked £12 bed for 3 nights online, going by the pictures alone. Once checked in, went with my several carrier bags and suitcase, the kind thats next size up from a cabin bag. The room was tiny, 3 beds high and at least 20 beds crammed together. Floor filled with scattered underwear, clothing, overflowing bags, footwear, and it wreaked of dirty smell. Locker below bed was occupied by someone's clothing. I went back out to reception & they said use another locker. One empty, but couldn't get my suitcase in. Then i fill it with my bags. Back to reception to ask for case to be stored in left luggage. Was told theres a storeroom in the basement but i couldn't get access to it, and once its there, then would only get back knce checked out. No use to me coz i had specified upon booking that im disabled. Then i asked if i could use the large upright lockers in the reception area. Refused, boz they were not available. By this time im getting very worried and anxious. It was after 10pm, and since the location was almost 1hour away by bus from city centre, i didnt have much choice but to stay. Then i asked if there was any private rooms, as advertised as a bunk with double bed on base and single on top. Was going to be charged over £40, whereas advertised as £37. Told thats been removed. Finally, had to book into last double room, which i was told was their "new room". At a price of a touch over £60 per night.And as a bonus, breakfast included. Which turned out to be basic continental
