"The host goes above and beyond to create a really comfortable environment for travelers. So much attention to detail to make it a relaxing stay. Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! It gave us space to laugh, sort our luggage and rest before we flew out from Heathrow the next day.
I also left my kindle behind, the team found it quickly and very kindly posted it to my UK address. I’m so grateful!! Thank you!!

"Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. "
