"This hotel is superb in every way. Beautifully designed, Immaculately clean, very pleasant staff (apart from the blonde lady in the restaurant - I think she was called Simone, who needs to be more customer focused and helpful) and has a great attention to detail. Our breakfast was excellent and Mary ( I’m sorry I can’t recall your full name) was so kind and attentive - a real asset to the hotel.
We opted to stay at this hotel as it’s so close to the National Theatre, where we’d booked to see ‘Pride’ and highly recommend - what a brilliant show!
We loved all of the little touches at this hotel and the cocktails on the terrace are a must and we also enjoyed late night drinks at the bar and again, were well looked after by the bartenders. Food at the Grey Goose (part of the hotel) was really good (avoid the tiny green olives with stones though) and the extra large king prawn are tasty and gigantic!
As I mentioned earlier, the breakfast was superb - a huge selection, eggs cooked fresh, delicious coffee brought to your table, good quality squeezed orange juice and lots of pastries and healthy options too.
I’m not entirely comfortable about the optional 5% tip when checking out as this isn’t a cheap hotel, but we paid it as we’d thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
