"The room was small but the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The "ultra modern" theme made the room a little less useful, with all the electronics controled on a board that lit up at the slightest sound (very annoying in the middle of the night). They were pretty stingy with toilet paper and soap, which is what lost them a rating point. The breakfast was really good with ample selection and great quality. The highlight of the hotel is the absolutely welcoming feeling given off by the staff. Everyone was nice to us and it really made our stay special."

"No kettle or ironing board in the room but apart from that no other complaints. It was clean, well maintained and easily accessible. It is ideally placed for buses, tube and river boat travels. I would definitely stay here again. It's a no frills place and now it's a hostel you get what you pay for."
