"Breakfast time is pretty stressful, with a long waiting time for a lift to go down to the lobby, and then it is necessary to go back to the 5th floor. Line for the lift to the 5th floor, and a line to get a table. Some days it takes about half an hour to get breakfast."

"I will stay here the next time I visit NYC. So convenient. Great staff. We could walk to both shows and restaurants during our stay. There were 3 adults. We had plenty of room and slept well. We had many choices for breakfast! Fresh coffee next door and also McDonalds minutes away. I walked to Central Park and visited the Frick Museum. Only glitch was there was no hot water at 7:00 in the morning. We received a notice under our door but the steam was supposed to be off at 11 a.m. Construction nearby and on the property can happen, but it was upsetting to only have cold water."

"My mom, aunts and I rented 2 rooms for 5 days at Hotel 32 32 for my mom’s birthday. We were very well taken care of by the hotel staff and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Excellent staff, location and nice spacious rooms. We’ll definitely stay again!!"

"Clean room and easy check-in process. The bed is a little higher than you expect, and the sheets can be too tight and slip off sometimes, but it’s still a comfortable sleep in a good location for a reasonable price."

"Hotel is convenient to metro/subway lines, rooms were clean, friendly staff, and comfortable bed. Although room and bath tub were a bit on the smaller side, it was okay for us as we spent most of the day out on our daily excursions & sightseeing. Lobby, bar/lounge area was always lively and bustling with people whenever we returned to the hotel in the evenings. Price on hotel.com was what ultimately helped us to decide on booking this hotel. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!"
