"The front desk ladies were super helpful and friendly from check-in to check-out, and every interaction in between. Customer service was fantastic.
Our bedding had several strands of hair in the sheets and on the top blanket. Other people's hair in the bed I'm about to sleep in is a problem.
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and our kitchen sink garbage disposal was backed up as soon as we entered the room. The sink was filled with some nasty stuff that we couldn't get to go down the drain. We called hotel staff and they had maintenance come up and fix the problem quickly.
Breakfast was disappointing. I skipped it altogether the second day.
The view is great and proximity to walking/running paths is awesome."
