"Great location, large comfortable rooms although a bit worn, some mould in bathroom. However the noise from the nightclub on the 15th floor was pretty extreme. Just travelled down the lift shaft. We could even feel the bass while lying in bed. My son and I are good sleepers so we used thick earplugs and were fine. I had read about this issue and requested a quiet room in advance but we were still put next to the lifts. Rooms in the other wing are probably not affected. Either lose the nightclub...

They were extremely accommodating. We were coming from another hotel and they were happy to give us an early check-in and also upgrade our room to a high floor with an amazing view! "Staff was great, location is very convenient to Subway and shopping. My only complaint was the elevators weren’t working the first day were there. The staff had to operate manually and it took very long to get up to the 36th floor. Would stay again as long as the elevators are working. "
