"The hotel was in the perfect location. The staff were extremely, welcoming, helpful and friendly. Our room was located to the back of the hotel, so although we didn’t have a view, it was quiet and extremely comfortable and clean. Comfy bed, lovely big bathroom, plenty of towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash and lotion. Good wardrobe space, safe, fridge and free WiFi. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety of food & drinks, and was also included in the price. The manager also put out lemon slices each morning, to add to my hot water, after I queried availability on the first day. The hotel is situated in an excellent location within walking distance to Penn Station, shops, restaurants, the subway, and all the main attractions. There is also a lift in the hotel. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"Gorgeous hotel in a brilliant location. Super modern, very cool. Lots of bars and a club in the hotel which are easy to access as a resident without needed to queue. Rooms are all that’s needed. Bijou but well thought out. Perfect for groups of single people and friends. Less so for families and probably not ideal for a romantic weekend away. Although the roof top bar has the most incredible views. "
