This is a wonderful hotel but was very disappointed with the staff on check in. We arrived after 2pm, check in was 2pm, and the room wasn't ready. Unit was spotless, it exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly, allowed us to park early and check in early. This place is very well managed and operated, would highly recommend to others. Only downside was the pillows, but everything else was great
