"The shower is awesome, nice amenities, thanks for great customer service at the front desk, but PLEASE encourage your front desk agent NOT to say the floor/room number allowed (for safety reasons). The front desk clerk should point to the room number & tell guest "this is your room number", if the guest repeats that different but I had to ask her NOT to say room number allowed after telling me I was on the 3rd floor. Different world we're living in, but just best practices moving forward."

"The room is nice and large, especially by NYC standards, with a good sized fridge if you want to store food. The bathroom has a shower and bath, and plenty of counter and shelf space to keep your toiletries. There's also a nice wide ledge in the shower to keep shampoo and other shower products if you're the sort to bring your own, which I am. The staff was very friendly, and the lobby is large with plenty of comfortable places to sit and wait if you need to. Short walk to plenty of restaurants, and a handy supermarket one block away. It's a short trip by public transit to Manhattan (10 minute walk to the train and then 2 trains). "

"Room was clean and the balcony was great. The Front desk was friendly, responsive and courteous and concierge was extremely helpful and took time answering questions and printing directions. However, what impressed us the most was how Tien and he colleagues at the front desk and security found and held my daughter's all-important headphone - after we failed to do so during check out. They had packaged, taped, labeled, recorded and stored the lost/found item very professionally. It proved the hotel has an established customer-care process beyond providing food and clean rooms. My daughter expressed how grateful she was to the hotel staff."
