"We had an amazing stay at Coconut Cay Resort & Marina! The Acqua Lodge sites were clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the relaxing atmosphere, the beautiful sunsets, and all the amenities like the pool, kayaks, and marina access. "The staff was good and the property was decent, my problem was with a stopped up toilet that ended up being the main line stopped, I even tried to unstop the toilet with a plunger. I was not offered any compensation for my stay, I was told "leave now and you can have a refund" We had nowhere else to go at that time of night and no hotels had vacancies, not even the Breezy Palms. After business hours. Kayaks and sport equipment available. Has a small beach which is unique to the Keys. Pool pretty much vacant at all times. Great views. Highly recommend."
