"The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. "

"Stayed here the night of our wedding. Beautiful hotel and conveniently located. We had our after party at the XO bar and the hotel’s shuttle was waiting the range and could drop off our party and pick us up. Staff were great!"

"Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

"We stay at Hotel Providence every chance we get when we see a show at the PPAC (this time we saw the amazing “Lion King”) . . . and—as always—we had a wonderful experience. The room was immaculate, the front desk folks were so pleasant, and the location of this property is minutes away from the theatre. Thanks for another great visit!"

"Having breakfast, there was a challenge. The breakfast, café woman was overwhelmed by herself, and when I asked the front desk person, she simply told me. "that's not our business we're separate." not the best answer. Furthermore, the spa was closed I think permanently. The rooms are very nice. Very funky and well kept. The maid didn't clean my room one night and I'm don't know why."

"Serviceable hotel close to the interstate and with ample parking. All in my party had trouble connecting to the WiFi with anything other than smart phones. Breakfast service was brusque and unwelcoming. Will do in a pinch but there are better choices at that price point."

"This hotel is nice and clean. They were very helpful whenever we needed something. The room didn't have a microwave, but they provided one the moment I asked. All staff members were nice and polite."

"Clean rooms, really nice location"

"The staff are excelent very patient and communicative. However the room itself had an amonia/armpit smell and mysterious white trail stains leading to the bed. Also the room looked fine it was mostly the smell that wasnt ok with us so we had to leave. Then yes we did ask staff for a smelling spray but even that wasnt enough to cover the very bad smell and we had to leave early."

"The best I can say is the building has a lot of character and interesting custom artwork on the premises. The bedsheets seemed adequately clean."

"New hotels are always nice, and this property was no exception. The rooms come with a cooktop, fridge and freezer, and microwave oven. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The property has an outdoor seating area with a fire pit, as well as a modern and well equipped gym. Highly recommend this Marriott."
