"Room was every nice. Loved the separate living room and bedroom area. Had no big refrigerator but a small I guess you wood call a icebox. Was fin for some drinks and small lunch things. The coffee make was joke to me All the places i have stayed had at least a 3-4 cup kreurig pot this place had to give u coffee to brew and 2 per room if u needed more you have to get from the front desk or housekeeper. A microwave is fin for fast stuff but had to pay 20.00 a person for a good breakfast deal....

"Check in and check out was a breeze, staff at both instances were spot on customer service professionals. Breakfast offered something for anyone to enjoy and was appreciated. A/C worked amazing and kept me just right all night. My only concern was both the sink and the bathtub were draining very slowly. At one point the shower was around my ankles, that’s not acceptable, sink held about 1/3 a bowl before having to turn off faucet. I was in room 209 for reference on May 8th. Lastly the porcelain...

"bed side lamp was not working for entire staying. not acceptable. mgt issue. reception staff was good breakfast food quality is not good at all. stay for 5 nights and only room cleaning once. not acceptable. hotel policy issue"

"Mein Zimmer war sauber und sehr schön, mit Blick auf den Garten. Die Zimmer sind gross und mit einer Miniküche und Kühlschrank mit Eisfach ausgestattet. Der kleine Balkon hat mir auch sehr gefallen. Kleine Snacks und Getränke in der Lobby. Schön renoviertes Motel. Gute Lage."

"This is not a deal breaker but it would have been nice to come downstairs to have fresh coffee available instead of having to purchase it. I didn’t purchase anything from the breakfast menu so I can’t rate that. "

"The place was in a great location if you had a room with a view of the water. The tiki bar the restaurant the pool the music was great. I don’t think they mopped the floors in the room. We had to clean our own floor."

"The room overall looked outdated and was not clean. The chair by the desk had visible stains or dirt spots and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. The bathroom was also not clean, which made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing. The property location is great and the staff is very friendly! "

"Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with "

"Centrally located and within walking distance of Downtown Sarasota. Room was clean and comfortable. Dinner in the lobby lounge was excellent for both the service and food. I would stay there again. "

"I received a pedicure while a guest there. My pedicurist was a lot of fun. I relaxed, & we laughed a lot. SHe was professional, positive, and fun. The pedicure was pretty good, but the experience was excellent."
