"We didn't care of the bait and switch at the spa. Did not receive the treatment requested and was charged for add ons that we were not aware of. We purposely did not book a spa treatment the second time we stayed due to this reason. In addition, the upkeep of the room was lacking. For the price of the rooms there should not be missing tiles in the shower now an unrepaired leak that caused damage in the baseboards outside the shower We are designers of kitchens and baths as well as rental property owners. This is unacceptable for such a high end resort. "

"Very clean facility. Fully stocked kitchen. Huge space!! Lovely deck. Pool and hot tub super clean. Comfortable furniture. Having free beach chairs and umbrellas was nice. The “free bikes” were sadly not very functional. It would have been nice to bike the area!"
