Access to key box was difficult, bright light mounted to side of key boxes, and numbers on keys faded, made it difficult to see, no explicit instructions, twist switch at top just kept turning and clicking, slide switch (which I later noticed to have a label “cancel”) didn’t seem to do anything; eventually fluked the right number and got the box open. Instructions then were pretty straight forward and cottage easy to find. Thought we booked a cottage all on the same level, steep stairs to bedroom attic were challenging, especially with sharp grips on edge of steps, dangerous to diabetic feet when accessing downstairs toilet during the night. Otherwise a nice little quirky cottage, would be good experience for guests spending a couple of days there. Breakfast pack option would be a good idea; lack of potable water was a concern, even though eased by complimentary small bottles of warter
