"We were treated like royalty. Roberta welcomed us to the villa which is just beautiful. Our room was immaculate. She arranged dinner reservations. She made sure we had tea and a snack. Breakfast was to order. She is just so lovely. We had no idea about Fano - were there for a meeting - and it, too, delighted us. We are returning! "

"If you need a place just to crush it does the job. The place is big and in the town centre so it’s a great location. Communicating with the stuff was challenging as they are not on site, there were long waits to collect the keys. The room is nice and cozy but smelled as it has been closed for a while. It says there’s breakfast included but there isn’t. Kitchenware needs to be refreshed. "

"If you request the Falconieri room for 2 beds, check beforehand to be sure there are sheets and a blanket for the couch bed. All i had was a pillow. I didn't realize that til we got back from the opera after midnight & it was too late to bother the staff. "

"Una buonissima colazione con dolci e marmellata fatti in casa. Posto tranquillo con una bella piscina e panorama. A soli 10 minuti dalle Grotte di Frasassi. Si possono noleggiare le biciclette. La sig.a Regina e' molto accogliente e disponibile come il resto del personale."
